How can I make a reservation?

Reservations are possible via our website via our 'Search & Book' function.

Is reservation necessary?

Reservations are not necessary, but we do recommend that you avoid making a reservation. The campsite is often full, that there is no place left for spontaneous arrival (Also for (small) tents).

From what age can I make a reservation?

Reservations are possible from the age of 18 at the time of booking.

Where can I find the prices?

The prices vary per period, number of people, type of place and any (extra) items. The prices can be found via our 'Search & Book' function.

Is making a reservation without obligation?

Making a reservation is not without obligation. In case of cancellation, the rules apply according to the "RECRON CONDITIONS". When making a reservation, you agree to this.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations can only be made by e-mail. We will then send you a confirmation with any payment options. We will possibly settle your deposit.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made on arrival at the reception in cash or by debit card (we also accept credit cards).

Can I reserve two places next to each other?

That is possible. You will then need to make two separate bookings. You can write this down in the comments field when making your booking. We will take this into account if possible,

Questions about arrival and departure

Check in

Rental accommodation from 15:00 until 20:00.

Camping pitches are available from 13:30 until a maximum of 20:00.

In July and August, check-in is possible until 21:00

Reception is open until 17:00. If you arrive later, you can use the bell next to the reception door. We ask you to inform us in advance that you will arrive after 17:00.

What time can I check in and out?

Departure

Rental accommodation before 10:00 am.

Camping pitches before 11:30 am.

Before departure we are open from 09:00. If you wish to leave earlier and you have a barrier key in your possession, please report this in advance.

If you do not have a barrier key, you can leave whenever you want with the barrier coin that you received at check-in.

Questions about your stay at the campsite

Do I have to pay for showering?

No, showering is included, you also do not need coins.

Can I set up a small tent?

A maximum of 1 additional tent up to a maximum of 4m2 may be set up per pitch. This does not apply to the tent field.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car in one of our central car parks and are therefore not allowed next to your camping equipment. In the first parking lot you will also find charging stations for an electric car.

Can I receive visitors and do I have to register them?

You can receive visitors and do not need to register it. If visitors stay overnight, you must register this. Visitors can park in the large (beach) car park right next to the campsite,

What kind of plug do I need?

If you have booked electricity, you can use one of our Power Points. To do this, you need a blue CEE plug.

Is barbecuing allowed?

Barbecuing is allowed provided that:

the barbecue is placed on a paved surface and not on garden tables or in your accommodation.

• you have a fire extinguisher at hand.
• you only use firelighters and no spirits.
• you let the barbecue cool for 12 hours after use.
• there is no open fire or a fire pit.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are not allowed on the campsite, but it is allowed to bring other pets.

Can I place a marquee?

Due to the wind on the coast, it is not allowed to place a marquee.
